VASILI D. RUSSIS

Vas has been practicing law since 1995 and is also a CPA in the State of Illinois.  This combination allows Vas to bring a unique understanding of issues in client matters.

Vas deals with a wide variety of matters, including tax matters such as transaction structuring, tax disputes, tax planning and return processing, in addition to estate planning, asset protection, litigation, corporate transactions and real estate. His clientele spans a wide variety of businesses, including retail, manufacturing, service, farming and professional services.  His experience and work philosophy allow Vas to maximize client benefit and build trust, helping clients with business and professional matters, as well as personal matters. These factors have not only allowed Vas to grow his practice but also be a source of feedback and knowledge for the firm.

Vas also gives back to his community, being involved in various community groups involving education in the Lake Zurich area. Vas is also a Board Member of Bigger Than Basketball, a charity involved in research, education and funding for Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.
