RONALD B. KOWALCZYK

For nearly 20 years, Ron has offered legal guidance and representation to businesses, executives, professionals, and employees. Drawing on his experience as a college professor, he takes the time with his clients to explain complicated legal issues in an easy to understand manner.
Ron handles a wide array of employment matters not limited to hiring and terminating employees, executive contracts and compensation, employment handbooks, employment and severance agreements, covenants not-to-compete, overtime compensation, and discrimination/harassment claims. His extensive experience in this area has gained him a high level of trust with his clients, including employees of Fortune 500 companies.
Ron is also an experienced intellectual property litigator handling federal court copyright, trademark, and patent infringement cases. As an entrepreneur himself, Ron understands the importance of protecting valuable ideas. Ron enjoys giving back to the legal profession and for years has volunteered as a mentor to law students and as a coach to undergraduate mock trial students.
