JAMES M. MURPHY
ATTORNEY
Upon graduation from law school, James M. Murphy worked at a premier plaintiff injury law firm drafting legal documentation and preparing trial cases. Most recently, he spent two years as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney, working in the criminal prosecutions bureau. There he was able to gain experience in bond court and felony hearings, misdemeanor trials and appellate work.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys volunteering with Kelly Cares Foundation, supporting the University of Notre Dame football coach Brian Kelly’s Foundation Mission. His past boxing career highlights include a Golden Gloves middleweight championship and and being given an opportunity to teach boxing to at-risk Chicago youth through the Celtic Youth Foundation.
